About the role
We’re hiring an AI/ML Engineer to push the boundaries of how models understand SOPs, detect risk, and support decision-making. You’ll work with product and engineering to bring advanced AI capabilities directly into the hands of banking teams.
What you’ll be doing
Develop and fine-tune models for document analysis, clause detection, summarization, and risk scoring.
Build pipelines and ensure model performance, reliability, and safety.
Collaborate with engineering to deploy AI features at scale.
Research new approaches to improve accuracy on domain-specific data.
Work with product teams to transform human origination tasks into intelligent workflows.
About you
3+ years of experience in machine learning or applied NLP.
Strong background in LLMs, transformers, and text-based classification tasks.
Experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
Ability to balance experimentation with shipping production-ready features.
Interest in trade-Fi, compliance, or domain-specific modeling is a plus.
